Library card holders can borrow a laptop for three weeks, with help setting up a résumé.

Public libraries in four cities have started lending laptops and mobile internet hotspots to people looking for work, for up to three weeks at a time.

Borrowers also get a one-hour session with library staff to set up a résumé and job-search accounts. Devices are wiped after every loan.
